What are your typical shipping times? TOP
Unlike most boutique sites that take several days to ship orders, we ship almost all orders immediately. The only items that have longer shipping times are custom orders/personalized orders such as custom hair bow holders, which typically ship within one week from the date the order is placed.
I see a flower I like on one listing, but I want it on a different colored beanie - is that possible? TOP
We are more than happy to switch around flower and beanie/headband colors to meet your needs. If you want a specific flower with a different colored beanie or headband, just "Contact Us" and let us know what you would like and we'll respond promptly to let you know if that is possible. Also, you can purchase flowers clips, plain beanies and plain headbands seperately to mix and match them however you like.
What ages/sizes do your beanies and headbands typically fit? TOP
Our headbands fit newborn infants up to adults. They are made with a special elastic and weaving style that allows them to stretch almost endlessly. Our crochet kufi beanie hats typically fit girls from around 8 months to 9-10 years. Our baby waffle beanie hats fit babies from newborn up to around 12 months. When you check out you will see a box that ask you to enter the age of the child these items are intended for, this will enable us to ensure that the sizes of the items you've ordered will work for you child.
How long are the ribbons on the Hair Bow Holders? TOP
The Ribbons on the hair bow holders are each 22" long giving lots of room for hair bow storage.
How do I care for / wash my beanies and headbands? TOP
All crochet and waffle beanies can be machine washed on a "gentle" or "hand wash" cycle. Of course, you should remove the flower clip before washing. Headbands with permanently attached flowers should be hand washed and laid out to dry by air.
